I built my first websites at fourteen, in 1995, and the job hasn't changed since: understand the business, build the thing, keep it alive. At MedNet Technologies in New York I brought hundreds of dental and medical practice websites to life — interviewing the doctors, designing, building, launching, and updating them for years. Those sites were the company's work, so you won't find them in my portfolio. Then came consulting at Accenture and seven years growing an enterprise store to $2.4 billion a year. Now that goes into Western Mass businesses nobody can find yet — websites with AI agents on them, in English and Spanish.
