What do I sell?
Manny AI, the AI receptionist that answers a business’s customers and books appointments on its website, day and night, with a free one-page website for a business that has none. Then the website plans, the SEO packages, and the rest of the menu once you know the business. Most sales are Manny AI; it is the easiest to show and the easiest to say yes to.
Do I have to know anything technical?
No. You type a name and a town, and the demo builds itself. Manny builds, connects, and supports everything after the sale. You find the business, show it, and close it.
When am I paid?
Monthly, after each client payment clears. The bounty and the first month’s share become payable the day after the five-business-day refund window closes, so money that could still come back is never paid out. A monthly plan pays you 12 times; a prepaid year pays the same 15% once, with the bounty, on day eight.
When do my rates go up?
The day your 10th paying business pays, every rate steps up (20% on Manny AI, 15% on the smaller plans, 12% on the larger ones), and again at your 25th (25%, 20% and 15%), on the businesses you close next and on the remaining months of the ones you already closed. Manny AI is where the rate climbs highest, because it is the product that costs the least to run; a website plan is hours of work every month, so its share stays lower.
What counts as my sale?
A business that reaches MannyKnows through your link within 90 days of clicking it, or through a demo you built, and then pays. The demo and the link are the record. A name, a phone number, or a tip earns nothing, because the selling is the work. If two partners reach the same business, the first demo or link wins. A business you own, or your own business, earns nothing.
How many demos can I build, and why is there a limit?
10 a month to start, plus 5 for every business of yours that pays, and Manny can raise yours. Each demo costs real money to build and run, so the allowance exists to keep demos going to owners you will talk to this week, not to a whole street.
Can I quote prices?
Yes. The menu in your portal carries every price, the setup fee, and your cut, so you answer in one sentence and go back to the ask. The prices on this public site open with an emailed link; your menu is always open.
How big is the bounty?
Fifty dollars on Manny AI Lite, seventy-five on Manny AI, a hundred on Manny AI Pro, and a hundred on any website, store, ads, SEO or Workflows plan. A higher Manny AI tier pays you more at the close; every service plan pays the same close, and the monthly share does the rest. The figures are on the What you earn cards and in your portal.
Why nothing on the setup fee?
Your bounty is what comes out of it. The setup fee trains Manny AI and launches the page; what is left after your bounty pays for that work. The monthly is where the business pays for the service, and that is what you share in.
What about the Content Pack and Managed Ads?
Those are add-ons a business buys beside its plan, and the videos and images in them cost credits to make. They pay a flat 10% of what the business pays each month for its first 12 months, at every level, with no bounty.
Is this a job, or an affiliate program?
Neither. You are an independent partner paid on what you close, with no quota, no hours, and no territory you do not pick. There are no coupon codes, no bulk emailing, and no ads on our name. Manny approves every partner by hand, and a partner who spams on our behalf is removed. Commissions already earned are still paid.
How am I paid?
Zelle, PayPal, or a check. A client of ours can take it as credit on their own MannyKnows bill instead. In the US, Manny needs your W-9 before the first payout, and you get a 1099-NEC when your year reaches the IRS reporting threshold.
