Common questions
Do you post it for me?
No. We make it and you post it, a few taps per piece from your phone. Posting for you means managing your accounts, your replies, and your comments, and that is a different job at a different price. If you want ads run for you, that is Managed Ads.
What is a UGC-style video?
UGC stands for user-generated content, the kind of clip a customer films on a phone: someone talking to the camera about a service, a question, or an offer. Ours are made with an AI presenter, labeled as AI, and written from your Knowledge. They are never passed off as a real customer and never carry a made-up review.
Is it made with AI, and does it have to say so?
Yes, and yes where the network asks. TikTok, Facebook and Instagram, and YouTube each ask for a label on realistic content made with AI, and every piece we send tells you whether it needs one. Your real photos and your real reviews are not AI, and the pack says so too.
What does it cost?

Can I ask for a specific video?
Yes. Tell us the offer, the service, or the question, and it goes into the next pack. A re-cut of any piece is included on Standard, and extra videos beyond the pack are quoted one at a time.
Does it work with my Manny AI plan or website plan?
It is an add-on to any of them and stands on its own too. The pack is written from the same Knowledge Manny AI answers from, so what you post and what the agent says never disagree.
Who owns the files?
You do. Every video and image is yours to keep and reuse, on any network, in an ad, on your site, after you cancel too.
