How do the review requests work?
When an appointment is done, the customer gets a short message from your business, by email or text, with a link to leave a Google review. New reviews show on the site as they arrive, and for each one you get a draft reply in your voice to post or edit. Nothing is posted for you without your say.
How does Manny AI book appointments?
Manny AI books into the calendar that comes with your admin, set to your availability and rules. It qualifies the customer, offers real times, holds one, and confirms it through a code emailed to the customer, then logs the lead in your admin.
I already have a website, do I have to start over?
No, but the site moves onto our platform, because this plan’s admin, chat edits, and monthly updates work only on a website we build and host. We rebuild yours there as the plan’s initial build and carry your domain, your design, and your content across; a site with good bones keeps its look. If you would rather keep the site where it is, Manny AI goes on it as its own plan, and the SEO packages work on any site.
