The challenge
Parents heard about JK Daycare through word of mouth, and then the trail went cold. There was no website to answer the questions every parent asks before trusting someone with their child: programs, hours, licensing, openings. And the phone couldn’t be answered during the busiest parts of the day, so calls went unanswered and tour requests slipped away.
What we built
A website that does the reassuring, a phone system that does the answering, delivered in two weeks:
- A website built for parents: programs, hours, and licensing details organized around the questions parents ask before they’ll book a tour, with a design that feels right for a daycare: warm and playful, but professional.
- An AI agent on the site, trained on the entire website’s content, it answers parents’ questions in chat at any hour and remembers the conversation as it goes.
- A tour request form. Parents can ask about openings or request a visit at 10 p.m., when they’re researching daycares.
- A Twilio IVR phone system: one professional number that answers every call with a proper greeting, gives callers the information they need, and routes them to the correct contact.
- Local SEO: on-page work for the searches parents make, like “licensed daycare near me,” so the site gets found.
How it works
A parent searches, lands on the site, and gets every trust-building answer (licensing, programs, hours) without making a call. If something isn’t on the page, the AI agent answers it in chat, drawing on everything the site knows. When they’re ready, they book a tour through the form or call, and the IVR greets them, informs them, and puts them through to the right person. Both are builds from the AI agents Western Mass businesses add through the AI Agents Team: the site agent from the roster, the phone system custom.
The outcome
JK Daycare went from word-of-mouth only to a business parents can find, vet, and contact on their own schedule. The website and AI agent answer the questions that build trust, the Twilio IVR makes sure every call is answered and lands with the right person, and the whole thing went from kickoff to live in two weeks.
