Common questions

Is there a contract?

No. Everything monthly is month-to-month with no minimum term and no exit charge. Yearly is optional, prepaid, and waives the setup fee. One-time builds are quoted up front and paid as scoped.

What does it cost?

Every price on this site opens with one emailed link. Ask for it here and the numbers appear on this page, on the pricing page, and on every product page.

What does "no minimum term" mean?

Month-to-month means exactly that. Cancel anytime, with nothing further owed for the build or anything else. Your domain, your content, and the leads captured for you stay yours; Manny AI and the other agents are service software that run on our side and stop with the plan.

Can I change my mind after we start?

Website and store plans carry a 5-business-day refund window from kickoff, on both billing modes, refunding everything paid including the setup fee. After that window, setup fees and prepaid years are non-refundable.

What is not included in these prices?

Ad spend on Managed Ads and Get Ahead (it goes straight to the platform and is never marked up), the Shopify subscription on store plans (billed by Shopify in your name), a paid third-party seat an AI workflow needs (a stock library, ad spend, a phone number — passed through at cost), and third-party costs like a domain you register yourself. Everything else on a card is in the price.

Do these plans work for my kind of business?
